Copyright & DMCA Policy
This policy explains N3XI0M's approach to copyright ownership, takedown requests, counter-notices, and third-party intellectual property.
1. N3XI0M-Owned Material
Original N3XI0M branding, website design, written content, graphics, documentation, and other original material may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. Third-Party Rights
N3XI0M does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, game assets, software, logos, services, or other material owned by others.
3. Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, republication, modification, or commercial exploitation of N3XI0M-owned material may result in enforcement action where appropriate.
4. Enforcement
Enforcement may include DMCA takedown notices, hosting-provider reports, repository reports, platform abuse reports, removal requests, cease-use requests, or other remedies available under applicable law.
5. Copyright Complaints
A copyright complaint should identify the protected work, identify the allegedly infringing material, provide enough information to locate it, include contact information, and explain the basis for the complaint.
6. Good-Faith Requests
Copyright tools should only be used in good faith. False or knowingly misleading copyright claims may carry legal consequences.
7. Counter-Notices
Where applicable law or a platform process permits a counter-notice, affected users may use the relevant provider's counter-notification procedure.
8. Open-Source Components
Open-source software remains subject to its applicable license. This policy does not override rights granted by an open-source license.
9. Contact
Copyright concerns should be raised through official N3XI0M support channels with enough evidence for the issue to be reviewed.
