1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using N3XI0M-operated websites, downloads, community services, launcher services, or related features, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and any additional rules displayed within the service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use N3XI0M services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

N3XI0M is intended for users aged 13 or older. Certain features may be restricted where age, platform requirements, community rules, or applicable law require additional limitations.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of N3XI0M is permitted under the laws and platform rules that apply to them.

3. The N3XI0M Service

N3XI0M is a community-driven social gaming revival project. Features may include websites, community services, game-related services, launcher software, downloads, status information, support resources, and other project-operated systems.

Features may be experimental, unfinished, unavailable, changed, replaced, or discontinued as development continues.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use N3XI0M to:

• use N3XI0M infrastructure for fraud, scams, phishing, or deception;
• claim official N3XI0M affiliation when none exists.

Security research should be conducted responsibly and only against systems you are authorized to test.

5. Accounts and Community Access

Where N3XI0M uses Discord or another third-party platform for community access, users must also comply with that platform's own terms and rules.

Users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and should never disclose passwords, tokens, authentication cookies, private keys, or other secrets to support staff or community members.

Access may be restricted or removed where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, community safety, or the integrity of the service.

6. Downloads, Launcher Software, and Updates

Users should obtain N3XI0M software only through official distribution channels identified by the N3XI0M website or official community.

N3XI0M cannot guarantee the authenticity, safety, or integrity of unofficial mirrors, modified installers, repackaged files, or third-party redistributions.

Software may require updates, patches, internet access, compatible operating systems, or other dependencies to function correctly.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original N3XI0M branding, website design, written content, graphics, documentation, and other original N3XI0M-owned materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or falsely represent N3XI0M-owned material without permission, except where applicable law or a specific license permits it.

Open-source code remains governed by the license attached to that code. These Terms do not override open-source license rights.

8. Copyright Enforcement and DMCA

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, republication, modification, or commercial use of N3XI0M-owned material may result in copyright enforcement action.

Enforcement may include DMCA takedown notices, hosting-provider reports, platform abuse reports, removal requests, repository reports, cease-use requests, and other remedies available under applicable law.

N3XI0M will not knowingly use copyright enforcement to claim ownership of third-party works or material that N3XI0M does not own or control.

9. Third-Party Intellectual Property and Services

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, game assets, software, services, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party products or services do not automatically imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership.

N3XI0M does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it is referenced, linked, displayed, or interoperated with by the project.

10. Service Availability and Changes

N3XI0M services are provided on an evolving basis. Uptime is not guaranteed.

Services may be temporarily limited, placed into maintenance mode, rate-limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued for security, operational, legal, technical, or development reasons.

11. Security and Abuse Prevention

N3XI0M may use technical security controls such as traffic filtering, rate limiting, logging, automated abuse detection, access restrictions, and maintenance controls to protect infrastructure and users.

Attempting to bypass or deliberately defeat protective controls without authorization may result in restricted access or other appropriate action.

N3XI0M is provided on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep services functioning and information accurate, no guarantee is made that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or configuration.

Information provided through support pages, status pages, documentation, or community discussions is general project information and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or security advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, N3XI0M and its contributors are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Suspension and Termination

N3XI0M may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious rule violations, abuse, security threats, attempts to damage infrastructure, unlawful activity, or repeated harmful conduct.

Where practical, enforcement should be proportionate to the conduct and circumstances involved.

These terms may be updated as N3XI0M changes. Material revisions should be reflected by updating the effective date or version shown on this page.

Continued use after revised terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those revised terms where permitted by applicable law.
